Creative discovery session
We need to get to the bottom of who you are, what you stand for and who you stand beside. Working with you, the team will really get to grips with the website brief and project requirements and give you a taste of whats to come.

Meeting notes signed off
An important step! We provide back to you all notes taken by your project manager during discovery meetings. We ask that these are thoroughly checked and signed off to ensure we are all on the same page.

Website wire-framing
We will provide you with detailed wire-frames for the entire website. This allows us to focus on information architecture and user experience. You’ll see the website structure in a simple format to visualise the new layout.

All pages designed
With the wire-frames signed off, our design team will focus on the high fidelity design of the website. Depending on what’s agreed, we’d work with your content and imagery or supply new into the page designs. If there are any adjustments to be made to the page designs, we’ll make the necessary tweaks. Mobile visuals will also be produced so that you can ensure that the vision for your project translates seamlessly across all platforms. Once any amendments have been made we request sign off.

Website build
Now we have your design locked-in, we can begin to construct the website. If you have supplied the content, this is when it would be added. All third party integrations will be configured. Before we show you the finished website our technical experts run through a series of deep stress testing which covers off UX, browser testing, server loads, form completions.

Website presentation
We’ll show you a working version of your new website. Just for your eyes only, as its on our development server and not on a public domain.

Marketing deployment
The website is built with online marketing in mind. If the project includes a managed search service, our developers will work closely with our marketing team to ensure everything is optimised, aligned and in place for the planned strategy.

Launch
We agree on a suitable launch date and handle all the necessary steps to transfer the website onto the live domain ready to share with the world!
